How to Export a CSV from Your Bank (Chase, BofA, Wells Fargo & More)

February 24, 20263 min read

Downloading a CSV from your bank is the first step in generating a treasurer report with EasyTreasurer. Most banks make this straightforward — once you find it the first time, it takes about 30 seconds.

Chase: Log in, go to the account, click Activity, then Download. Select CSV as the format and choose your date range.

Bank of America: Log in, select your account, click Download Transactions. Choose the date range and select 'Microsoft Excel Format (.csv)'.

Wells Fargo: Log in, go to Accounts, click on the account, then Download Activity. Choose comma-separated values (.csv) and your date range.

Most other banks follow the same pattern: find your account, look for a Download or Export button near the transaction history, and choose CSV or comma-delimited format.

If you can't find the download option, try searching 'download transactions CSV' in your bank's help section. Most major banks support this — it's a standard feature.
