1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyTreasurer.ai (“the Service”), operated by Easy Treasurer LLC, DBA EasyQuorum, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyTreasurer provides AI-powered treasurer report generation for volunteer-run organizations. Users upload bank transaction data (CSV files), and the Service produces professional treasurer reports. The Service is offered in free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require creating an organization account through the EasyQuorum platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to generating treasurer reports for legitimate organizations. You will not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Financial Data and AI-Generated Content

Treasurer reports generated by the Service are AI-produced drafts based on the transaction data you provide. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before presenting to your board or filing. EasyTreasurer does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of generated reports.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (transaction data, bank CSVs, etc.) and all reports generated from your content. EasyTreasurer retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before your billing renewal date.

Annual subscriptions: By purchasing an annual subscription, you commit to the full annual term. Annual subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You will retain access to paid features for the full duration of your annual term. At the end of your annual term, the subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund policy: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of any billing period, whether monthly or annual.

8. Data Retention

Free tier: generated reports are available during your session but are not permanently stored. Paid tier: reports and transaction data are stored in your organization's account for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Easy Treasurer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
