1. Who We Are

EasyTreasurer.ai is operated by Easy Treasurer LLC, DBA EasyQuorum, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This Privacy Policy applies to all EasyQuorum products including EasyTreasurer, EasyMinutes, and the EasyQuorum platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address, organization name, and role when you create an account.

Financial data: Bank transaction CSVs you upload for report generation. This data is processed by AI and is not used to train AI models.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, generation counts, and error logs to improve the Service.

Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and improve the Service, including generating treasurer reports from your uploaded data. Manage your account and subscription. Send service-related communications (billing confirmations, feature updates). Analyze usage patterns to improve product quality. Comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing

Your financial data is sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) for processing. This data is transmitted securely via encrypted connections. Per our agreements with AI providers, your content is not used to train their models.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Free tier: Generated reports are available during your session but are not permanently stored. Uploaded CSVs are not retained after processing.

Paid tier: Generated reports and transaction summaries are stored in your organization account for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers hosted in the United States.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or financial data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), AI providers (report generation), hosting providers (infrastructure), and as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may export your stored reports at any time through your account. You may delete your account, which will remove all associated data within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
